Rowing uses 90% of your body muscles, is non-impact, and is one of the greatest sports for overall fitness. This course helps you to achieve good body form and rowing technique that gets the best from your workout. The technique we use on the rowing machine can be transferred to on-water rowing as well. We will cover warm ups, technique of the rowing stroke, cool downs and using the monitor. Twice a week for 3 weeks. Thursday & Sundays 7-8pm (Atlantic)
