Nordic Pole Walking Instruction

Service Description

Instructor led Nordic Pole Walking: Walks are outside and at your own pace. Group is limited to 10 people per Instructor so that you get focused coaching on your form and effort. We follow all provincial regulations and our instructors are fully Certified with Nordic Walking Canada. Nordic Pole Walking uses 85% of your body muscles so burns more calories than walking or jogging! The poles engage the upper body, increase stability and confidence in any conditions. Poles can be rented for $5 per walk or purchase your own $85.

Cancelation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please contact us as soon as possible. If cancelling less than 2 hours before your session is scheduled, your session fee will be charged.
